They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours.
