After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. Great service at Kal Tire. I had a tire problem years ago near Provost and Kal tire there stayed after hours to get me back on the road within an hour and a half. I’ve done to Lois and her Kal Tire in Lacombe ever since. Great service in Lacombe too!
