I have not experienced customer service this excellent ever before. Doug went so above and beyond when my carpet cleaner died, all he was able to charge us was 5$ for a part but went so above and beyond the call of duty, he saved us probably over 100$ we would have had to spend on a new one! We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly.
