The manager was excellent to deal with... he was respectful and fixed the problems right away. If it could not be fixed right away, and we had to wait for parts, he was sincerely apologetic
I would recommend this company for its great service.
Also... the Hide a Hose is awesome.

BigSteelBox was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I had amazing customer service, the truck driver was kind and professional, and they always were able to help me when I was in a panic. Although moving is quite stressful, the girls in the office did everything they could to make me feel calm and comfortable.
