Goldies pizza is different then your usual pizza place. It is distinguished by the pizza itself. When you buy a slice (or a whole pizza) you don't end up with a huge bready crust, Goldies is served rustic style... on thin crust. It's seriously the best pizza I have tasted in town. I prefer the mushroom pizza the most. YOu can see all the slices Goldies offers through their display window right off of Pender street, or you can go inside, sit at the bar, and order a beer while you they heat up your slice! I really liked the atmosphere. The owner, Michael, is a classy guy. He treats everyone with respect who walks in the door. They are also becoming more tech savy, and are adding their listings to Foursquare, and twitter. I checked into foursquare at goldies pizza, and got a dollar off their draft beer. Its a nice place! I recently purchased some bathroom tiles from Decora. I was helped by a woman named Tara. I just wanted to comment on how amazing and friendly her service was. First, she was very kind in helping me find beautiful tiles that would fit my tight budget. There were several delays and complications in the shipment of the tiles which was a bit frustrating, and she handled the situation with such care and courtesy that it made all the difference. I have never experienced such amazing customer treatment in the home reno area. The other people at Decora whom I had little bits of interaction with also seemed very friendly. Makes me totally happy to recommend Decora to others.

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.
