I called CertaPro Painters based on the reviews I saw from other reviews I had read. The response from the company was very quick and the whole process was really easy to deal with. Everyone from the estimator, who had made two trips out to Olds, to the staff that booked the project, and the people that came out and did our job were very Professional and Accommodating. Called and spoke with an employee here to try to locate my girlfriend’s package that was going to be sent back across the country for missing our unit number. He efficiently put us in contact with someone who located our package, and changed the label to fix our mistake. Went well out of their way to do so just to make sure we got our package.
