I just wanted to let your store know that if it wasn't for your customer service knowledge i would have made a very big mistake today. July 13/2015...your workers saved me a lot of money and stress of being taken advantage of. they were very polite and understanding of my situation. definately very informative of my situation. i can not thank those wonderful ladies enough. Definitely the best frame shop in town and an interesting ever-fresh gallery, located in an artsy old brick warehouse district. A great job on every painting or print( I had them do eight or nine) , excellent matting skills with a large

very good excellent value for money very friendly and helpful location could be more wheelchair accessible but it is possible to get a large wheelchair in with help and the staff are more than accommodating which I appreciated will likely return thanks for everything and all the best in coming year

Rarely have to wait for an appointment, does not rush you, makes sure to order tests if you have any concern. Doesn't make you feel like your concerns are invalid. Straight to the point, but also sensitive. Great Guy.
