I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.

Called to speak with Paul,was told he retired.I requested an oil change for my 2015 Rav 4,Mo the new owner was very friendly and understanding, got my oil changed,he swapped my rear wheels that were put on incorrectly as oer tire rotation, fixed my front bumper that was backed into at square one parking garage.I will also bring my aluminum boat and motor to be looked at,great service

Very professional and a top quality job. I was treated very well and with respect by Shiek and Natalie. Decided to refresh my 13 year old car with some bodywork and a fresh colour of paint. An excellent job with great attention to detail. Sheik’s suggestions were spot on and made the final product look better than I could’ve imagined. The paint looks incredible and it’s like getting a new car. Very happy with the two friends who recommended I use A2Z Automobile.

I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! Tried Corrosion Free rustproofing this time due to positive reviews after using other products in the past. Attention to Detail removed the coverings under the vehicle to ensure a thoroughly job was done. Very friendly service as well. Product seeps down but doesn’t drip on your driveway. Very highly recommend this business.
