I was pleasently surprised with this hotel. Though it does look pretty from the outside it seemed to not be busy so i was hesitant on the service. The staff was wonderful and accomodating and the hotel was very quite which was great because I stayed there for 2 nights between flight changes. The rooms were clean and I had the luxury of getting a jacuzzi suite which was sensational and relaxing. The restaurant staff were not exactly on their toes but the food was very good. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is exactly what you need to start off your day (coffee, juice, muffins etc.)

best service ever and they stock parts for almost any machine from new to older year modles, or can get it in in a day or two.
they will even help you trouble shoot issues and are a family run buissness you can trust 100%! they keep you up to post on the work and progress on your machines and will try to help you anyway they can to keep you running. I will only be taking my buissness here and will recommend to anybody anywhere!

All the employees (Gurpreet & Lori) that I dealt in this location are very helpful. Customer Service is topnotch. The delivery men who brought up my balcony storage chest were also very professional and prompt. I have such positive experience, I will be shopping here again even if I live in North York.

I was treated very kindly. The rooms was great, clean and the housekeeping staff did a marvelous job servicing my room each day going above and beyond. Continental breakfast was perfect! Very Fresh items and the coffee was nice a strong! Excellent Corporate rate.

I purchased a demo from the shop and the bike mechanics did an excellent job adjusting the geometry. I’m pretty finicky and came back to ask for a different handlebar width and they switched it out without charging me. Good mechanics and great service.

Great experience with this location. It was my first time renting a car with Enterprise. I was picked up from the auto body shop and offered a drop off when I returned the car. It was an 8 hours consecutive service. We even had dinner in between, a tour through Niagra Falls and we got entry to two casinos. I am not Portuguese speaking person, but I have been always served nicely. The store is busy and it's normal to happened mistakes. This store is amazing, the girls work fast and are trying to help. The baked goods are fresh and tasty.
