Jeremy was great to deal with. They re- checked the "problem" that was diagnosed by another garage only to find out I can keep my money.... They are nice fellows and I'll be returning to them with any work that needs to be done in the future. I'm glad these guys are around :-)

I receive excellent service from the employees at ARN's. There is a caveat. I receive excellent service once I get the attention of an employee. I have been there three times and each time I stand around waiting for help and have to go aggressively ask for assistance. People walk by and say hi but don't ask if I need help. I don't want to bother those that are busy or helping other people so I let them say hi and keep walking. Besides that, impeccable service!

The owner is super nice and very knowledgable. Colin was very helpful for getting me parts ordered and best prices . Even the mechanics who work in the back are super professional and nice guys .
