A gentleman from Spectrum Security came to do a check to make sure security measures were in place for us for safety reasons. The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.

Bought a hall tree, among other things, from the Langley location, sadly the back to the tree was damaged when I opened the box. Not a big deal it happens. The staff ( I wish I got her name) was excellent in exchanging the damaged part for a new one they had in stock. Great service and a happy repeat customer.
