One of the best and reliable Family GP in the town. She is thorough knowledgeable and down to the earth person. Our family is under her care for almost 8 years. She is so attentive and listen to you ,diagnose your health issues correctly and prescribe with appropriate treatment. Often refer to the specialist if there is any need for it. I had an emergency and they took me right away, other ones that I called I would of had to wait for 4 days. Dr. Aulakh is excellent as is the whole staff. Dr. Aulakh phoned me after 2 days and wanted to know how I was doing ----- how many do that!!!! I highly recommend this dentist and you wont be disappointed!!!

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Herman Shen for the last 15 years. He has always been courteous and thorough in all of his exams. Each of his offices, (in Metrotown, President Plaza and Henderson) are very convenient to go to with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. There is always a wait, but that is normal and to be expected at all doctor offices who are popular and sought after.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Herman Shen and Associates to all of my friends.

Best dentist I've had in a long time. I've had lots of problems with my teeth and have seen many dentists. I've only been impressed with 2 over the course of several years. Dr.Rocky is one of them. Staff are awesome too. Always really nice and friendly. Dr.Rocky is really careful and kind. He fixed a lot of mistakes made by other dentists. You really do feel like family here. I've been going for a while. It's a long drive for me (coming from the Westside Vancouver) but it's definitely worth it.
