I raved about Chantel all the time!! She is amazing with dogs, my little Maggie is so good for her all the time.
Whenever anyone asks if I know of a good dog groomer, Chantel is the only one I would send people and their pets to!!

Helpful staff who don’t oversell accessories, got very good-tempered hamsters for the kids. Nice selection of bettas. Store is obviously smaller than retail chain, but tidy and not smelly despite the closely racked cages.

Great store! We got our pet beta fish from there and all accessories. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable especially Tony! Their advice on how to care for our fish has helped us keep our dear pet healthy and vigorous. The store is also a lot of fun to visit. It’s like going to an aquarium. Thanks so much for everything. An excellent neighbourhood record store! Great on-hand inventory organized by genre (soul, jazz, hip-hop, reggae, world, punk, metal/hardcore, and, of course, rock)and even better customer service! Highly recommended.

I haven't tried anywhere else in the city because once I went here I didn't need to go anywhere else. My puppy comes for daycare on weekdays while we are at work and occasional boarding when we go on vacation. You can tell the staff really care about the dogs, know them all by name and treat them as if they were their own. It looks pretty clean, the staff are lovely + caring and my dog is always so excited when we get there (great sign!). I always recommend Designer Dogs pet Spa to all..
