Had a great car selling experience with Frank. Offered a fair price for my vehicle. Met me directly at my home banking branch and paid me the agreed upon price, no games or time wasted. Had multiple dealers who came to view my vehicle to only lowball me in person. He was a straight up guy. I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.
