My son and I had our taxes prepared by Randa at this location. She was very pleasant and knowledgable and answered all my questions which put me at ease. Very efficient and quick and best of all, she got me a refund instead of the amount I had figured I would have to pay! Instead of dreading filing my taxes, she made it into a great experience. Hotwater tank needed a mix valve replacement - Denis came out at 4:30 on a Friday before the Long weekend so my family could have hot water! That is customer service!
