I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. As we customers know, paying the price of an Air Conditioner repair is always daunting and a challenge, especially when you have no idea what the cost is going to be before the HVAC Company arrives to your home, diagnoses the problem and outlines the cost and repair in a formal repair quote. This said, and take it from me, your experience with Preferred Air right from your initial call with Shannon (whom is most gracious and accommodating) will be an enjoyable one. Even during the onset of our first heat-wave they made to us many available times. Our technician Bob, who arrived exactly when he said he would- was a pleasure to deal with, he made certain to clearly outline our options; he was polite and nonintrusive and did a fabulous job with the repair and installation. Not only will you find Bob very thorough but what’s more, he is a very a nice person indeed! I would highly recommend Preferred Air – it is no wonder their name is Preferred Air - they are preferred and should be yours too - you will make the right and best choice going with Preferred Air.

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again
