10/10 for Skyline Microsystems. I came in with a non-operative Starlink Gen3 at 3:30 in the afternoon unannounced with no appointment. I did not purchase the unit from then, nor have it installed by them. Absolutely the best service ever! It had been several years since we had our ducts cleaned, but Fred went above and beyond what past cleaners had done. We are grateful in so many ways because we could have had a fire because of all the soot. The past cleaners didn't pull out the blower and motor to clean and inspect like Fred did. Fred even pulled out original plaster, wood and cable from when the house was built in '56. The past cleaners should have caught this over the years. Thank you!

The food is hot, fresh and you have lots of choices. Not everything is right on every day but there is lots of choices. The staff is very accommodating. They try and make your meal as enjoyable as possible without be intrusive. About the price of a full meal, drink and dessert at McDonald's only better for you.

I have seen different therapist and Chiropractors back east and quite a few here in Alberta and hands down Crystal is the best. Had a problem with a rib joint a while back and some neck pain. Seen chiropractors about the issue and they couldn't do anything to fix it. Went to see Crystal and she fixed my rib in one treatment and neck pain was 90% better.

Ron and his team went out of their way to accommodate our mom when she moved from High Level to Valleyview. They had great communication with us, honest and upfront; they treated us like family. The driver was great and professional when it come to handling all the household items. They were on time, even though the weather was scary; end of November move. I have recently found these guys after searching for a place that actually cares, unlike other places (ALL local big name stores shall remain unmentioned), and will now not go anywhere else. These guys are the best. They treat you more like a family then a customer and are always willing to spend the time to talk to you and let you browse. They have the best selection of any place that I have gone and they always try to bring what they can as often as they can. No regrets going here.

Called Pro-West Refrigeration Ltd when my furnace wasn't working properly. It kept blowing cold air and wouldn't shut off. They came within a few hours of my call and had my furnace running properly in less then an hour. Very happy with the service

This company defines excellent customer service. They demonstrated consideration and care in providing service. My son needed to get to Slave Lake to pick up his vehicle which had been stolen. The company representative Bonnie assisted in coordinating the connection from the Edmonton airport to the Continental Inn connection. They were prepared to wait 5 - 10 minutes in the event the cab ride from the airport was delayed. However, the service went beyond normal expectations in that Bonnie contacted myself to inform me that my son was successful in catching the bus to Slave Lake.
The customer care demonstrated a very high standard which is a rare find. Many thanks!
