I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

Came out in the morning and found I had a flat tire. Sam and his team took care of me in under an hour. Plugged the tire on the spot in and out within 10 mins. Mr Tire Auto Service Plus is my go to for any car issue. I'm a student in the area and they are always willing to help me and explain to me what is the best and most affordable option for my issue. They have absolutely amazing customer service and always take time to describe my car issues in terms I can understand. They are very reliable, responsible and never add on charges like some of those other auto shops. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone!
