I have been a customer here for approx 5 years. The staff takes the time to know the customers and learn about what they like. When i walk into House of Russell, I feel like family. They remember what hair style I like and know how to treat me. All of the hair dressers are experienced but keep very up to date on modern hair styles. I would recommend House of Russell to anyone who wants the service and attention of a high class salon without the high price. When you leave House of Russell, you will feel like you got your moneys worth every time. I dont even live in the area anymore but i make the 30 min commute to get my haircut here,

Went here after a terrible experience with another insurance agency. Manager was very helpful in renewing my fleet insurance, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Efficient. We had Don of Hudson Bay Charters haul our boat from storage near Chemainus down to the dock in Ladysmith. It was very tight due to another vehicle parked in the way but he skillfully and patiently maneuvered his truck until he was able to get it safely out of there. We really appreciate his ability and friendly manner. We will hire him again anytime!!

Mike was very helpfun and knowledgeable when it came to choosing which type of wine to make. Also when I received the finished product it turned out far better then expected. Firends and collegues have all made their own wine at some point after exchanging bottles with them they all clearly agree that Grapes To Glass produced the best wine.

We have not had car repair or tire purchases from this Canadian tire on Admirals until late 2016 . I was very pleased with the tires which were coopers for my truck the price was fair and it was done in a timely manner . I also had sensors put in my other trucks tires and it was done for 200.00 less than the dealer wanted. Now my warranties on our two newer vehicles is up I will be using Canadian tire on Admirals for all repairs and tire upgrades and or replacements.

Had Excalibur over to repair my dishwasher and fix some trim on my stove since he was over anyway. He was able to come over right away which was nice. He ended up having to order some parts and had to come back to complete the job but everything went well. I would recommend them to anyone in the Cobble Hill/Mill Bay area needing appliance repairs.
