A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem. I believe that lack of communication between Tony and myself caused this issue! Therefore I urge potential clients to use their services knowing that they will get exceptional value for their money!

Wow if I could give a 10 I would. Emily and Kyra both dealt with me and what a great customer service experience. Very professional and diligent and thankyou for the free oil change. Silver Star Auto - I have been using Silver Star to repair all my vehicles for almost 20 years now. THEY ARE HONEST. They do not BS people. They are willing to cater to unique needs of a customer (like present an alternatives, if possible). The staff is very experienced with everyone being more or less there at the start and still there with the added apprentice once in a while (or worker - whatever - I assume).
These guys remembered my name after being away for years - that is impressive in on its own; it means they are smart and have good memories, which I think would serve a mechanic well; and apparently does.
When a LARGE Canada wide "Tire" company mechanic told me I needed new ball joints or my wheels would fall off within a month; even though I was there to get my brakes looked at, and quoted me prices over $1000. I HAD to get a second opinion. I just chanced upon Silver Star and was told the ball joints were fine. They lasted longer than 10 years - longer than the truck actually. Also, the brake job came in around $100 only (but 20 years ago), because they only did what was necessary, not tacking on new rotors, or the rear brakes (which had lots of life left at the time).
They will show you an old part they removed if you ask and even point out how it was defective.
They are professional and friendly enough - but not "Salesmen" - I have never been pressured to buy this or that. Try them and see!

They won't push u to do any unnecessary repairs! Very honest and fast too. You don't have to worry about any astronomical pricing unlike most of other repair shops! Strongly recommend them.

shop was recommended by a friend who said to go there for tires. they have good used tires n they warranty them for 30 days and offer a free mechanical inspection as well. turns out i needed some suspension work done on my car. not only did i go ahead and got the tires done but got the suspension done too. New mechanic just started working there was very polite and gave me step by step info, the shop offered me a 20% discount which is a lot when you are lucky to have a job now at day! thanks!!
