Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment. His approach made me feel like I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, professional, a good listener and caring. His chiropractic treatments made a huge difference for me and the best part; I feel great again and wish I would have met him sooner! Highly recommend, without hesitation.

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. I have bought 2 machines from them in the last several years and will buy from them in future.

A-1 Carpet Care just recently cleaned our carpets and they did an amazing job. We have two dogs and 3 kids so our floors were very dirty. A-1 was on time, affordable and the job they did was of very high quality. If you want the best quality for the the best price I would recommend A-1 to anyone in Victoria.

I have brought multiple pets to this hospital over the years.My pets have visited them multiple times whenever they had problems. Whenever there was a problem Dr. Rana would tell us step by step what needs to be done to return them to a good health. If there are any surgeries performed, our pets received great treatment. They are very caring, calling us multiple times to check on the recovery of our pets.
The staff is very cheerful and friendly! From the attention and petting they have given my cats and dogs i can say that they must be big animal lovers!
I have recommended this place to my friends and they enjoy the service here too!

When the pain in my knee, legs and hip became intolerable on a weekend away with family I knew it was time to seek alternative medical treatment. My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good.
On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy.
The end result was terrific. Each week the sharp pain in my knee was diminishing. It became bearable to walk again.
Dr.Lee and his treatments were amazing . I would urge other people in pain to try laser treatments. It works!

I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

I was referred to Image Optometry from a local Ophthalmologist, the last time I got new glasses I went to one of these optical shops that do sight testing, it was horrible! Image Optometry provided me the most in depth eye exam the doctor was awesome, and even with a beautiful new pair of glasses, I was only charged $89.95 TOTAL!!! No taxes or anything, that was less than 1/4 of the sight testing guys that didn't even know what they were doing - I did some research, these guys don't even need any credentials! Go see a real doctor, go to Image!

Most people know what Starbucks does. For those of you that don't they are a great place to go for coffee-based beverages, smoothies, pastries and sandwiches. One of the things Starbucks does well is consistency, most times your favourite beverage is made well and the way you expect it. Let's face facts. Most Starbucks stores are more are less the same but that doesn't mean that they don't have differences. Here's what makes this store different. They are one of few drive thrus in the city and they are a convenient stop on the way into the city. They are not as convenient on the way out of the city but it can be done if you don't mind a circuitous route. The only problem with this store is that I have sometimes had some poor quality with my beverage. This is difficult when you have already continued on your way so i always make sure I take a sip before I pull away.

I stop at this Starbucks quite often on the way to work and they offer a great Starbucks experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they do a good job of remembering the drinks of the regulars. A friendly hello and a wish for a good day go a long way in providing a quality experience and they do a good job in this respect. They are also obviously committed to delivering a quality product as I have almost always had a great beverage here and on the one time I didn't they gladly remade it and offered me a free drink coupon for next time. Not the greatest location in the world scenery wise but they make up for it with great customer service!

We have been taking our pet here for the last 7 years. The care is fantastic and the staff really care about animals and ensuring the best care for your pet. When our cat was hit by a car they kept us up to date on his progress and ensured that they were upfront about the care and attention he needed and what the associated costs would be. It was great to go through this stressful situation with caring and compassionate service like Granville Island Veterinary Hospital offered. They also offer a selection of food an accessories as well.
