This company is the best service I’ve had. I needed a new thermostat as mine stopped working. I called this company and Ben came out to service with in 2 hours. I was lucky he had a spare thermostat in his truck as this was just after Xmas and only curb side pickup available. He was very professional and polite. He made time for the call even though he was out running errands that day as he just welcomed a new baby to his family. I will be booking another job soon as this company rocks.

Our company deals with Allen Lumber everyday on all kinds of projects. The staff are more than friendly and very helpful. I would have to say that they have the best customer service I have ever seen not only from a lumber yard but any business. Jamie and his staff are always there to help in anyway. My furnace was not working so I called and if someone come and look at it. They had the repairman here in less than 2 hours. The problem was solved and I am so happy with their service. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
