I have been training with 360 for a year. I started with only a hope to improve my health and lose some weight. My selfesteem was so low I went in expecting to fail. My trainer had the knowledge and experience to know how and when to push me. Before long I was looking forward to each session and holding my head higher than ever.
The advantage of this gym over others is the personal attention. You join the gym to be trained by one of the professional trainers there. They are all so well educated and all of them have great personalities. Having someone who is truly interested in your advancment helps you achieve goals you didn't even know you had.
Since starting at 360 I have lost about 10 pounds but I have gained about 13 pounds in lean muscle. I have shrunk by a whopping 40 inches. I have so much life and am more confident than ever before.
I say that if you are truly serious about getting healthy and fit, then 360 is the ONLY choice.

Awesome atmosphere.with the best people working there. I have been going there since 2001 so almost 19 yrs so you know that they have to be great hair dressers. I would not go to anyone else. I would trust anyone of them to cut,dye, highlight my hair....etc but my regular is Tammy whom i adore. I definetly highly reccomend fantasy hair design. They are fun, reliable and like family. Love you guys?

I have heard many wonderful things about Copper Lane...so I decided I would try them out. I booked really last minute and got scheduled in with Emmy for a colour. I was really nervous and was crossing my fingers for a good experience. When I showed up, my stylist introduced herself and offered me coffee with a smile. The atmosphere of the salon was very comfortable and professional. Emmy went over what colour line she was going to use on me and why. She seemed very knowledgable about colour and put me at ease. She went over how Matrix would lock in my colour and put more shine into my hair compared to the other colour lines they use. My hair has always faded and dried up after just a month of colour. So I was very happy to hear she could solve my issue. When she was done...it looked amazing. She was right! SO MUCH SHINE! Its been almost 3 months and that shine has not gone away and my hair has barely faded. I have another appt pre-booked with her soon but to be honest,I dont even have roots really. This never happens to me! I would really recommend seeing her as a stylist. She has been wonderful to my hair and very creative to my updos when I have gone.(She makes my fine hair STAY in a boho wave for 3 days.) Even if you're not looking for a new stylist I would go there to check out their Kevin Murphy line. I have had such a tough time finding Kevin Murphy and they carry the whole line. It's the only truly organic line and it its PETA approved! I have used Pureology, Alterna and Aveda and nothing has really worked on my hair. That line has changed my hair and has actually made it healthy! My hair hasnt grown in 2 years and since I have started using their Young Again oil treatment my hair has grown a few inches within a month! I curl my hair EVERYDAY (I know, I am awful to my hair.) and now its finally growing and being healthy again. Please check this salon out and my girl Emmy!

I was extremely pleased with the denture reline that Kim did for me yesterday. I had been having problems with my lower denture and the reline solved all of them. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs it. Thanks so muxh Kim. Maueeen

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.
