My car needed a significant amount of repairs and Kar Auto Parts were able to address all my needs. They have an extremely friendly staff who explained all the options to me. Even though my knowledge of cars is limited, their customer service was very professional and explained things in a simple manner. I recommend going to Kar Auto Parts for all related needs. This place is great!! I was quoted 175$ by my dealership to glue my bumper back in place after I broke the clip on a snowbank. Called this place on a whim today, went down and the guy glued my bumper and drilled a screw in less than 5 min and charged me 25$ plus tax. Fantastic customer service, best price and honest business. After your dealership gives you a ridiculous price go straight here!

Earlier this year I met the new management and staff. The new manager Joe is A+, very professional, honest and transparent. After seeing the positive changes I just bought a Q50 through them and I could not be happier with the service. They searched to find the exact car I wanted, went above and beyond to make sure it was in great shape inside and out for me including getting it tinted and ceramicpro coated so I didnt have to worry about it after and my car will stay looking amazing for years!

Have been going to this body shop for a couple of years for minor collision repair and major repair. Roy and Larry are always helpful without putting pressure on you. They do a good job at getting costs down and returning your car fixed within a short time period to you.
Definitely recommend this shop amongst others who overcharge for good quality work.

Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. I have always used Kerman because the soap is the BEST and the water is warm... but today I was frantically looking for my credit card which he tried to help me find (BTW I found it inside my car) he also noticed that my vehicle needed brushing to remove the film and it worked!!!! I thought appraiser was friendly, and as I had issues w/ a previous body shop and seeing as my insurer trusted First Canadian i thought to leave it w/ them. I couldn't have hoped for more. I needed my front fender and hood fixed and they did a fantastic job. It not only looks good as new, but they finished it w/in schedule (amazing, I know)! :)
