The staff was friendly, helpful and fast to get us in our car and on the road. The Dodge Charger performed perfectly and was very comfortable. Return in Vancouver was simple.

Troy and his team went above and beyond to give my daughters car a thorough inspection and fixed everything that required attention in order for her to drive safely out to Ontario, on a very short time frame. We were not able to give them a lot of notice but he fit us in and they worked overtime to complete the necessary repairs. Went into Nissan Brasso to take a look and the staff was amazing from the first interaction. They weren't pushy, very informative and gave us space to discuss our choice. We had a trade in and the sales manager came over to speak to us and explain the trade value. Beyond this they were open to conversation about the value! I have used Hallmark Autobody on a few different occasions, and have always been satisfied with the work performed on my vehicles. I found the staff pleasant and have also met the owner & sons who seem to be good people.
