Hung is a very good and experienced mechanic who explains the problem and repair. My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude. No sloppy work here; Hung clearly takes pride in his work.

Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. We have used Havelock Auto for a number of years for a variety of services. We always found Paul and his staff helpful and accommodating. Our cottage is on Round Lake in Havelock. Whenever possible we try to wait until we get to Havelock to get our cars serviced. It is much cheaper than the city and we have always been happy with the work they have done.
I would strongly recommend Havelock Truck and Auto.

I am not sure what the problem is with Acslater's review above but it is VERY FAR from being accurate or the truth. No disrespect but I am sure they will not miss one person's business because these guys are extremely friendly, very professional, have fair pricing, knowledgeable and are very honest. I recommend this place in a heart beat.

Stopped in today for the first time with a Jeep I hadn't purchased there to get a quote for some repair work after someone sideswiped my vehicle last week-end. Paul had it taken in, washed off, compounded, buffed and touch ups done to make it look like new, all at no cost. I'll be going back to see them for service in the future.
