I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. I have an old car a 2010 Mitsubishi outlander. They were at least two holes in the exhaust & two shops couldn’t find parts. Pete’s was able to make a custom stainless steel exhaust at a very reasonable price and my car runs like new. I am super grateful for their professional work.

To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.
