I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

I have Five Alfa Romeo since 1975 (69'GTV.74'GTV.77'GTV hatchback.79'Spider & 84'Spider) Had my service by a few Alfa shops before (Carman & Frank, but they moved on no longer service Alfa !).Five years ago, I found "Fine Auto Repair" via Alfa Club users recommendations...Wow, the owner George (factory trained Alfa guy) not only has skill, knowledge & experience but also honestly. They capable servicing Audi/BMW & Porsche[Fine Auto Did for me] A1+++

Recently, the guys at Bruce Auto Repair, came through for me swapping out a throttle actuator, bank-2, on my 09 BMW M3.
