I have been going here for years. Michelle is the owner and he is awesome. Always professional and quick. Great to chat with if you choose to stay and wait. He really works hard to get to know his customers and is very honest and kind.

Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

Advanced Respiratory in Sherwood Park has been my provider for all of my sleep apnea needs for years! The staff there is extremely friendly & helpful! Their level of care and concern for their clients is off the charts! You always leave there feeling educated, heard and valued! My 92 year old father was given great service from the Edmonton store for a faulty model he purchased at a different store. They did not hesitate to help him even though he bought the model at another Great Hobbies. Excellent service!

I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. I look forward to next course!
