Old fashioned awesome customer service! They tested my batteries and rather than sell me new ones they pointed out that I hadn’t cleaned my posts they said they were in good shape! No charge. Definitely the place to go for exceptional customer service!

Hadn't had any work beyond basic for almost 100K and my SUV had rolled over to 200K. Was scared to take my SUV in, as it would be a mechanic's dream and they could recommend $$$. Matthew was great and honest and gave me a full breakdown. Got out of there for minimum $ but with recommendations and time frames for later. He seems to have clients that he cares for over time than one time customer fixes. Can't say it for most but I fully trust and recommend Matt. Sent family there the next week.

As a female I was concerned where to take my car for repairs. I was told Mark and the Staff at Tirecraft were trustworthy and take pride in every job, big or small. This turned out to be 100% correct.
Their complimentary shuttle is convenient, and while waiting to pick up my vehicle enjoy fresh coffee as well as a friendly smile from Management and Staff.
Five years, and many referrals later, they continue to keep their service exceptional. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else..!!

Well, I had an unfortunate experience that I needed to call a towing company to pick up my specialty vehicle with a flatbed truck to take it to another awesome company in Leduc to do a quick service to my vehicle. I called Vintage Towing and they were able to get me on my way in a very timely manner with an awesome operator, Charles, who took care of of my needs and my ride, and got me dropped off at the Fountain Tire in Leduc. The chiropracor at Activa is the best I've been to in Edmonton. She's really informative and does great adjustments that I really depend on. The clinic is beautiful and even though it's downtown, there is lots of parking available. The staff are very friendly and the massage I had was quite hard but I felt awesome days after. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else again.
