I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful
Within 2hrs I was back on my way. Thank you to you both so much l

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

Fantastic. It starts at the front with something very unusuall today. A Maitre De or a Host with experience and maturity unlike most restaurants.Impeccable service as we never did a thing. Waiters , Host , bus people. We had an excellent meal served by a professional waitress whose name I did not get. Time after time and year after year this place continues to impress. Spend your money here its worth every penny.

For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!

First off I will say, great food!! Was my first time at a Carl's jr, and my expectations were high with all the talk I've been hearing. And i was shocked! I've NEVER had customer service like that before at a fast food restaurant EVER!! Was an absolute pleasure! They came over and asked us if we needed anything else and how the food was and if we

Now with new software and a very clean exhaust tune, I have dramatically improved horsepower and mileage. Really wish I had gone to Dunbar's Automotive in Vernon sooner as I love my bulletproof GMC Sierra 2500 HD, owned 12 years no problems. Can't recommend this company and Lou and Kevin highly enough! I had a vehicle mishap today that required 2 tow trucks and a technical recovery. It was a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). Excellent service!
