If you care about your prints being high quality far beyond what Costco & Walmart have to offer, especially with black and white photos, then give them a try. Well worth the minor extra $ you will pay. You will be glad you did.

I had a meeting at this location today and was very impressed with the facilities and services. I did not realize this type of business existed. You can rent a beautiful office , meeting room or boardroom from them by the day, week, month or year. Very professional looking. All doors are suite numbers only, not a hallway of different signs of different businesses. You can also just rent a virtual address and mailbox service. Apparently they have it all including free shredding service. They are also very friendly which is nice.

The gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable and fulfilled my service needs quickly and efficiently. My new copies are indeed beautiful and my family members will be delighted with the results! Their mailbox service is far cheaper than Canada Post's PO Box service, and doesn't restrict shipments from certain couriers that don't ship to PO boxes. You get a Suite no. with bussiness mailbox services (great price), and this makes your address look more elegant and professional as a business. Any printing services are available at the location, as well as fully serviced UPS packaging and shipping.
I highly recommend this location of the UPS store. As a busienss expense the mailbox service is small and helps separate business mail and all those bills and invoices from the big enough pile you have to deal with from your home address.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.
