I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

Mark is a compassionate and understanding counsellor who was able to help my partner and I deal with some major stuff that had been troubling us for some time. He was patient in drawing out the issues and helping us see our relationship in new ways. I am so grateful that we were able to work with him.

I have Cancer, therefore I have occasion to be at this facility for appointments. It is a very pleasant place. The volunteers are very helpful. Good parking, etc.

The doctor and the all of the team members really care about our family. We love all the new tv screens that show our xrays. It is nice to have such a comfortable feeling when we go to the dentist.
