Our Basset Hound spent a lot of time soaking up the tree sap camping on the August Long Weekend. It was desperate time for a bath (and a nail clipping). I tried my best to clean him up but wasn't successful. Dropped him off at Bone Appetit and problem solved. They got rid of all the sap accept a little on the lip. The groomer is a former vet assistant and really took good care of our boy. Great staff and very friendly.

These guys did my roof and soffit/fascia. For roof - ask for Ben and his sons as your crew. good work for sure. One thing is Y the lady who picks the phone - very nice to talk to and is a good coordinator.

Great crew and work. Started on schedule and came in right on quote. Replaced tar & gravel with shingles and replaced all outdated attic vents. Didnt leave a trace of mess behind. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!!

Ray has installed frosted film on my Glass Table's & Shelving. He has provide us with great information & allow me to pick out my product. Installed 24" of frosted film in the middle of both showers. This was the rich look I was looking for. This Job was done professionally.If I require Ray in the future I will surely call for his help.Excellent Job

I met Dr. Nelson after a slip and fall accident sustained as a letter carrier for Canada Post Corporation in 2011. My whole left side was compromised. I was hugely concerned! I had a very physically demanding job, 2 small children at home whom needed their mom and I could not even lift them because of the injury I sustained. My quality of life was the terrible! My 13 year old son and I went to One Board Shop a couple of days ago. We were very impressed of the knowledgeable staff and the care they took with my son. We were in to buy a snowboard, boots and bindings for the upcoming season and they really took the time with my son. He had saved up for half of the purchase and they were very cognizant of this, but also made sure that he received the best for his budget. We just moved here from Vancouver and we are very happy to have found this shop.

Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

Our basset hound has been going to central valley since he was a pup around 6 years ago. We are happy with the staff and vets and the care they provide to our dog. I like that they follow-up each year as needed (check-up reminders, heartworm pill reminders etc). All and all, seems like a well run and caring clinic.

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most.
