The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.

A gentleman from Spectrum Security came to do a check to make sure security measures were in place for us for safety reasons. He was very professional, courteous and went way beyond expectations, we couldnt be more pleased with the excellent service he provided. Excellent experience working with Chris Thornley and his team. They are creative and innovative. They were able to quickly capture our badly articulated vision and then take it to the next level.

A friend recommended Harry for my business cards. I am not only thrilled with them plus the cost was half a well-known store was charging. Recently I asked Harry if he could make me some magnetic signs for the doors of my car. I am absolutely ecstatic -- they are beautiful and he let me do some input into designing them. I love this place! The staff are amazing, and make you feel SO comfortable. They make every effort to talk to you and explain things in detail if need be. The hygienists are all so gentle, you would never know they were cleaning while they do it. Very trendy location, and decor. Hopefully they get Wi-Fi sometime soon so you can use your phone to watch shows as an alternative to the great TV's they have for each patient room!

Excellent experience all around. This order was done entirely over the phone (a shout out to Carla K at Richmond La Z Boy for her very professional and friendly help with the ordering and delivery). I had previously ordered a Lancer recliner over 20 years ago from this store, and it had lasted all this time, but was starting to show its age. I ordered a new Lancer, and am absolutely happy with the mew chair. While maybe pricier than bargain basement chairs, the quality and comfort can't be beat.
