This clinic has very incompetent receptionist. First I got a call that I have an appointment on the day at 10:30am. I went to the clinic, then she says my appointment was Wednesday, and then says it is Friday. I was angry that I went there expecting my appointment as per the phone call I received and then she says it is not today. She did not even apologize and says it was not her...

Best Dental Office In North Burnaby, the location is excellent with plenty of free parking, the services provided by Dr. Nabi and Dr. Hodgeson is second to none. What I liked the best were the friendly staff and the great painfree service.

We love Dr. Derek. He is kind, friendly, and GENTLE with both our children and us adults. Our family happily travels all the way from RIchmond to Coquitlam just to get the best treatment possible. Dr. Derek is up on all the latest technologies and does not RUSH any procedures....we love him!

I have been going to Dr Caners since I was 5 years old. She is such an amazing family dentist. Even when I moved from Poco for a couple of years, I drove half an hour to see her. The staff is so sweet. The office also supports local charities, including my own:)

Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Herman Shen for the last 15 years. He has always been courteous and thorough in all of his exams. Each of his offices, (in Metrotown, President Plaza and Henderson) are very convenient to go to with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. There is always a wait, but that is normal and to be expected at all doctor offices who are popular and sought after.
