I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. I can't recommend the staff and service at Sil's enough! As a woman, I've had negative experiences at the dealership...but here, I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. Their service advisors explain the required work in a way that's easy to understand.
Little extras go a long way, too, like vacuuming and cleaning, pick up and drop off service, and even a complimentary roadside assistance program and extended warranty on work. Referrals are rewarded too!
I personally don't take the Go Train but they're located right next door so this would be really convenient if you leave your car there all day! This is a family business with family values.

Being new to Toronto I was looking for a garage that I could trust with service at reasonable prices. The staff, like Aaron and Errol, at Service Plus have great communication skills and always give a detailed estimate before the work is done. My older car needs work every now and then, and Service Plus has been able to do it all from gas tanks to brakes. You will not find the attention to detail and straightforward pricing at other garages and dealerships. TTC buses are close by too. Highly recommended.

I came in for a tire change and was done in a timely manner, very friendly and made additional inspection as I expressed some concerns about the car. He gave suggestions to look into of what will need replacing for safety. I will definitely be going back to the auto shop future.

I had a great experience with Streetsville Tire, I bought a used Honda Odyssey and after a mountain of unexpected fees, one of my tires exploded on me too... Anyways after shopping around for a set of tires for this van which had at that point burned a $6000 hold in my pocket... I found these gentlemen, who were willing to give me a set of used tires (in amazing shape) for a VERY reasonable price... It is a business run by a father and son, both of which are very kind people. I give them an A+!!
