Mario and Antonio worked their tails off to complete the draintile replacement project on my 60s house. Excellent and prompt communication from start to end, quoting was precise and competitive. They worked long hard days to complete the critical pieces before the rain came. Site was kept clean and tidy throughout the project. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. I wouldn’t go else where and will be returning for all my RV needs thankful for how kind and helpful they are I spoke to 10 different people and no one else helped me like Kendal and the rest of team! If you want amazing customer service this is the place to go!

I have been frequenting this store for a number of years and love the ever changing variety of goods they carry. I like that they use where possible suppliers and supplies that are local or from other parts of Canada. I have a sofa from them which is perfect. I have a chair I purchased from them and they covered for me. Excellent work in matching the upholstery design, making extra cushions. Currently I have on order bookcases and a desk - all will be made locally.

I called Hillcrest Dec21 2017 to repair the pipe coming out of the wall to my bathroom sink the pipe had to be replaced it had rusted away.
Ian came in and repaired the problem it took approx. three hours he did an excellent job I was very happy with the work and the price was fair
