I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. I always trust that I will be charge fairly and he looks for a similar and less expensive car replacement, when possible.

Had my friend take her car there today for an oil change. They got her in pretty much right away. Bill and John are both amazing Men and very awesome, great to their customers and they give their all to make sure their customers are happy. I went in on a whim looking for winter tires. Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. They were happy to help, even though I made it known I just wanted a quote. Definitely worth going back for actual maintenance, excellent customer service.

We stayed at the Motel in Summer of 2015 and had a great time. Dom's restaurant was very tasty and well priced for our group. The little things like a delicious breakfast are appreciated in starting a great day at Wasaga. The great thing is that this spot is a little quieter for when you actually want to sleep, as opposed to busier places with lots of noise. We used the picnic table for the adults to have a few drinks before going out for the night. We would definitely come again.

They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better.
