He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. I needed an alternator for my Honda tested. Checking the reviews online I found Gold Seal had very positive customer experiences. I was not disappointed. I took the unit in and Bob led me back to a “Frankenstein Machine” where he spun up the unit, sparks flying and all, LOL! Told me the voltage regulator was shot.
