Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years for waxing, the odd facial, but most of all massage. They helped me through a terrible illness I was battling. I was going to see them for deep tissue massage 2 times a week during my active treatment. I’m a tough client to deal with as half my body is numb and my pain is extremely deep but they were amazing!!! I can’t rant and rave enough about them all here. I don't think she's their main pharmacist but they have a blonde woman who is excellent in explaining drug interactions and really knows her stuff. Drugs are dispensed in reasonable time, essentially no problems.

I got a flat tire December 17th evening, took the car in at opening 8am in hopes they could patch it. They got me in and fixed it right away! No charge. Amazing service, great staff. And they left me a flower on the dash. Nice touch! Thank you and I will definitely use Kal Tire again.
