I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. I have gone to Grand Chalet/ Tony Spiducci's many times. I have had the pleasure of going with one person and have been there with up to 25 people. The service, food and atmosphere didn't waver a bit... Every time i have gone I have had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I will and have recommended this restaurant to everyone I know. We had a wonderful meal and excellent service. I have food allergies and they were able to work around it. Even at the end of the meal our server remembered, and even offered a dessert option for me.
