When a friend told me to get a Macbook I didn't know where to start. I knew nothing about them. I also knew I couldn't stand all the frustrations I was having with my PC. I looked up in Yellow Pages who to go see. They put me at ease by showing me just how easy to use they were. I was sold - that was 5 years ago and since then our family has purchased another 2 plus other Apple products. Thanks for the years of great service - I see an i-Pad in my future!

I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!

Eric at Altis was friendly, reliable and had clear communication. I felt a good sense of trust.
He installed a ring doorbell for me and explained all the features including risks. He even helped set up the Ring app. In addition, our fan light was out and it was a complicated process to figure out the LED bulb that needed to be ordered. Eric offered to help, contacted his supplier and will be back to install it!
Overall very happy and would recommend Eric as a trusted professional!
