I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. You won't find a flashy waiting room, just honest work at a fair price and good employees comfortable in their work environment. And yes, my '06 Civic is still running well.

Very accomodating; I was able to get next-day service for an urgent 3-hour repair. Prices are reasonable, at least 1/3 less than my other mechanic.

We have been taking our Freightliner truck there for years and have always received good service. The staff are very friendly, the mechanics will explain what repairs were done and they get the job done on the date of the appointment. We always recommend West End Rad to our friends because of the good service.

I have been having some electrical problems with a 54 year old classic car for a few months now that was leaving me stumped. Today I had an appointment with RM Auto Tech.
