J'ai enregistré la totalité de mon premier album chez O-Zone Productions (Francis Hehle). En plus d'être satisfait de chacunes des chansons que j'y ai travaillé, le tout s'est fait dans un confort impeccable, sans aucune pression.
Mon expérience a été plus que plaisante et je n'hésiterai jamais à y retourner dans le futur pour un autre projet. Je conseille O-Zone Productions à tous les artistes ! C'est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour sonner à la hauteur de notre talent !!

I needed some closet doors a few weeks ago. Piramid was very fast and efficient. I was able to go into their showroom, pick out the style I wanted, have them come and measure, and then install the doors, all in a matter of a week and a bit. Great customer service. I would use them again. I've already referred them to two of my neighbours.

Bought my 2009 Ford Focus here and it’s a gem, they were upfront about all the car history and gave it to me for a very reasonable price. Had a great experience with the staff here, Charles was so helpful and honest about the car (had Midas take a look after and they confirmed) which is so important as this was my first car purchase.

These people are fantastic! I am new to needing an orthotic, and they were able to walk me through the process step by step. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and were able to tell me exactly what I needed to submit to my insurance for reimbursement of my portion of the cost. They were very patient, and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question (although I'm sure half of them were!). The appliance that I received from Grundy Orthotics is extremely comfortable, and I was able to wear it full time from the day I got it. There was no "breaking in" period that some other orthotists I spoke to warned about. I would highly recommended them to anyone that is in need of an orthotic device.

Cette pharmacie offre le meilleur service que j’ai jamais reçu, tous les employés sont professionnels, serviables et très accueillants. Contrairement au plus grosse pharmacie, leur service est très personnel, ce sont même eux qui m’appelle lorsque mes prescriptions sont à être renouveler. Ils font des recherches pour répondre à toutes sortes de questions concernant la santé.
Je vous recommande cette pharmacie! Je leur donne un 10\10 ! P.S. Le service de livraison est aussi exceptionnel.

This pharmacy is owned by four partners. There service is excellent and far exceeds any other pharmacy that I have dealt with. They contacted my ODSP with quotes for additional costs of non-prescriptions and have arranged all of my regular medications to being transfered to them without me leaving my home. I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The best team in the City as far as I am concerned.

Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism.

This place is like family to us now. My teenage daughter started with one of the Musical Theater classes, and now has been taking singing lessons for the past year. Her focus has improved since she started there, and her grades have shot up to 2nd highest mark in her class. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a music program that is extremely well run but most of all a place where your child/teen will be taught by the best and have a lot of fun while doing it.

Was utterly impressed with my recent experience bringing my vehicle into Takaki Automotive for an e-test. Scheduling (and multiple rescheduling) of my appointment was dealt with effortlessly and with a smile by Hiroshi, the owner's son. I was made to feel like I had not inconvenienced anyone and that they would simply re-gig things to accommodate my changing schedule.
My actual appointment was a pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to sit in Takaki's welcoming wait room (where coffee, an aquarium, tv and decorations await) while enjoying my conversation with the friendly receptionist and other staff who would occasionaly venture by. Takaki's team is one big family - happy, respectful and very helpful with all my questions.
I am told Mr. Takaki sr himself is a caring man of many diverse talents. On this visit, the gentleman was busy outside, wielding a huge metal pick to chip ice from the walkway. I hope for the opportunity of chatting with him too, during my next visit.
The fee charged for today's visit was very reasonable; the information provided afterwards was helpful and there was no attempt to "upsell" or solicit additional work. I would highly recommend. this business.
