I went to get a car wash today, not realizing I had to pay inside before, when I was next in line I realized there was no place to insert my credit card! There were tons of people behind me in lineup as it was a beautiful winter day! I pressed the button for service, not wanting to cause a delay to all these other people. The lady who answered was very friendly and gave me a code without hesitation, even gave it complimentary and reminded me to go inside next time to pay beforehand! Great staff!

Excellent craftsmanship with a friendly personal service. I’ve had several trucks repaired my the team over at Carstar. Ryan, Gary, and the rest of the folks make sure the work is top notch, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. Last truck I had in for repair, I was sent pictures every few days to keep me up to speed on the progress.

These guys are the way an auto shop used to be and should be . My car broke down on the side of glenmore trial on a saturday afternoon . Rob one of the owners stopped and found a had a blown rad hose . Then went to parts store , right then got the part and coolant and got me going . I will use these guys from now on any time i need repairs . how many places do that kind of thing theses days ?????????

I was so imprssed with the professional customer service. I was on a very limited budget and they provided a reasonable price for the services I needed. My job requires that I have a vehicle that is in good working order and Dalzell's helped me to meet that requirement. They also gave me a list on future maintainence requirements with a cost so that I could budget for them. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them for any repairs that you need. We needed to rent a cargo van on three occasions for the purpose of closing an estate. Discount's service was exceptional on each occasion. Each of the vehicles we rented was in top shape, clean, and suited to our needs. On our last rental, although we had reserved a normal-sized cargo van, we were upgraded to a tall van at the same rate, which was really a great help to us. The staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and informative. The rental rates were reasonable. Much thanks!!

The staff are very pleasant. I had a rental for 2 months, they had no problem exchanging cars to something that better suited my needs. I also ran into two problems with different insurance companies, the staff here figured everything out for me.
