I bought and traded in a vehicle with this dealership. They went above and beyond out there way to get me the vehicle I wanted. I was struggling with bad credit issues and a previous purchase from a dealership in Saskatchewan with a extremely high interest rate. They were able to bring my interest rate to a little over half of what I was paying before and taking my vehicle on trade. These guys did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They also went above and beyond my expectations. It was very icy I have a cane, I said please park it where there is as little ice as possible so I can get in they had it parked by the entrance door and salted all the way to the drivers side. I found that very considerate and a big thumbs up to them. It really made me feel like they really cared about their customers. Thanks guys.

I have used Hallmark Autobody on a few different occasions, and have always been satisfied with the work performed on my vehicles. My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Can't thank you guys enough!!! -Heather

A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.
