Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was having some serious issues trying to find the right wheel and tire for my camper van. Allan didn't stop until we got it right. Even after an exchange they got the correct wheels and tires for me. All super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. Brought my vehicle in at the behest of my insurer. I thought appraiser was friendly, and as I had issues w/ a previous body shop and seeing as my insurer trusted First Canadian i thought to leave it w/ them. I couldn't have hoped for more. I needed my front fender and hood fixed and they did a fantastic job. It not only looks good as new, but they finished it w/in schedule (amazing, I know)! :)

Treated me wonderfully. Parts arrived in 1 day and were half the price of the dealership. I asked them about these reviews and they said "take a look at them, one guy didn't pick his parts up after ordering them, the other made us quote and requote him over and over, of course we are going to jack the price up if they are playing games & wasting our time and the last person was mad Fedex was late delivering his package that they shipped out on time." The bad reviews sound like problem customers
