A truly enjoyable experience! It took us all of 30mins to decide on leasing our new car v/s the competition. VW’s secret sauce is its people. Yawar, our sales guy, was just amazing. He inspired high trust & comfort, all the while keeping it light & fun with his timely jokes and wit! Highly recommended. Pity we only lease a car once every few years, I’m looking for reasons to go back for more!

Very professional and competent service at a fair price. The staff are also very courteous, humble, and caring. They completely restored by dented frame, it is now as good as new. This is truly the best autobody shop I have ever visited. The physical location does not look opulent, but the service is exceedingly great. Sean is an awesome shop owner and mechanic, i brought my 2004 BMW 530i to him, he charges the best prices in Toronto and in my opinion does the best work, i would have paid a couple thousand more at any other shop. I would highly recommend his shop if you are looking for affordability and reliability. He made sure that my vehicle was safe for me and my family and did not cut corners.

I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. I always trust that I will be charge fairly and he looks for a similar and less expensive car replacement, when possible.
