It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .

I had called and received a few qoutes from different companies,I called Vince from Elite Tree Services and he was able to come by the same evening to give me a quote,Vince was very professional ,friendly and knowledgeable.I accepted his qoute and he and his crew were at my house two days later removing my very large dead ash tree. They did a excellent job from start to finish I would and will highly recommend them

Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

I have been going to Carewell for a couple of years now. You will not find a more efficient clinic anywhere to help you with your health needs. The prices are in line, the offices are clean and organized and they are on time.
The chiropractor, physiotherapist, registered massage therapist and staff are talented, friendly and willing to work with you based on your time constraints and health concerns.
